Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy covers our various services distinctly, depending on the nature of engagement.

1. Training Programs

  • Full refunds available if requested at least 7 days before class begins.
  • 30% refunds available 2 days before class.
  • No refunds after class starts unless canceled by PM Pulse.

2. Consulting, Advisory, and Resource Engagements

  • For services billed in phases, cancellations before phase commencement are eligible for partial refunds, minus administrative and planning costs.
  • No refund is issued for completed phases or once execution has begun.
  • If PM Pulse cancels an engagement, a full or prorated refund will be provided.

3. Custom or Corporate Engagements

Custom service agreements may have separate refund terms. These are defined in the individual contracts.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send a written request to pmpulsetech@gmail.com  with your full name, engagement details, and payment reference.
Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7–10 business days.
